Terms and Conditions

Before placing an order please read the terms and conditions given here carefully. They are to ensure a binding but fair business relationship.


The binding contract
You are obliged to buy the goods in your shopping cart the moment you press the “Order now” button. You will receive an order acknowledgement as soon as your order has been sent. The sale takes effect when you receive confirmation of dispatch or when the goods have been delivered.

You can read the general terms and conditions of the sales contract at any time on this page. The exact order details cannot be accessed through the Internet for security reasons.

Right of withdrawal

Prices and VAT
The prices stated for the products include German value-added tax (VAT). For deliveries to countries of the European Union (EU), the VAT applicable in the respective country will be charged. The difference to the German VAT will be added to the gross prices stated.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, we do not charge VAT. When importing into these countries, additional customs duties, import taxes and fees may be incurred, which you as the customer must bear directly. This may increase the actual cost of your order. Import duties will not be reimbursed by us.

The delivered goods remain our property up to and until all outstanding accounts you have with us have been paid

The following payment methods are available to you:
Pay from your own PayPal credit or with Direct debit or Credit Card, both without to need a PayPal account.
Invoice (only within Germany / up to 500 Euro maximum order value)
You pay the amount due on receipt of the goods 
Advance Payment
You will receive an electronic message stating the amount to be paid and our bank details. When your payment is credited to our account, the goods will be sent to you as soon as they are available.
Information and advice
The information we provide on the suitability and various uses of the products on offer is in good faith. It is based merely on our experience, however, and therefore no responsibility is taken for its correctness. In particular, it is for the consumer to determine the suitability of the goods ordered for his particular intended use.

The guarantee is covered by the statutory rights.
