Before placing an order please read the terms and conditions given here carefully. They are to ensure a binding but fair business relationship.


 

The binding contract

You are obliged to buy the goods in your shopping cart the moment you press the “Order now” button. You will receive an order acknowledgement as soon as your order has been sent. The sale takes effect when you receive confirmation of dispatch or when the goods have been delivered.

Revocation Policy

Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke your contract without reason either in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods within two weeks if these have been delivered within this period. The cooling off period begins after receipt of the information provided here in writing but not before the customer has received the goods (if the goods are dispatched in instalments, not before receipt of the first instalment). Also not before we have fulfilled our duty to provide information according to section 246 § 2 together with § 1 sub-sections 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act of the German Civil Code as well as our duty according to § 312e section 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code together with section 246 §3 of the Introductory Act of the German Civil Code. To observe the cooling off period it suffices to send the revocation or return the goods on time.The revocation should be addressed to:

Consequences of return
For a revocation to take effect both parties are obliged to return the services rendered and any profit thereof (e.g. interest). If you can not return the received goods or only in part, including any benefits derived therefrom, or if you return them in a deteriorated state, you will be liable to pay compensation to us accordingly. You must only compensate us if the deteriorated state of the goods or the benefits derived therefrom can be attributed to a handling of the goods that goes beyond an assessment of the properties and functionality of the product. “Assessment of the properties and functionality of the product” refers to checking and testing the particular product as is possible and common practice in the retail store. Goods which can be returned as a parcel can be done so at our risk. The customer must cover the cost of postage if the goods delivered were those ordered or if the value of the goods returned does not exceed € 40 or, if the value is greater, the customer has neither executed consideration nor paid the agreed down payment at the time of revocation. Otherwise the return is free of charge. Goods which cannot be returned as a parcel will be collected. Obligations concerning payment are to be fulfilled within 30 days. This period begins for the consumer when he sends his revocation or returns the goods; for us on receipt of either.

Prices and VAT
For deliveries within the EU the current German VAT rate applies. This VAT is included in the prices listed.  No sales tax shall be charged for deliveries to countries outside the EU. When importing goods to one of these countries additional charges, including customs or import taxes, may be charged. The customer is obliged to cover these costs. This may cause the actual cost of your order to be higher. We do not refund import duties.

 

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated, all goods will be dispatched within 1-3 working days on receipt of your order. The delivery period for the gongs and for the space-flutes is from 3 to 30 days.

 

Ownership

The delivered goods remain our property up to and until all outstanding accounts you have with us have been paid

 

Payment

The following payment methods are available to you:
1. DIRECT DEBIT (only within Germany) You allow us to debit your account with the amount due.

2. DIRECT EBANKING: Easy, secure and fast: no registration, insured transaction. For detailed information please see www.directebanking.com

3. PAYPAL (Credit card, debit, …)

4. INVOICE (only within Germany, Austria or Switzerland): You pay the amount due on receipt of the goods .

5. ADVANCE PAYMENT: After sending you the automatic acknowledgement that we have received your order, we will send you an order acceptance containing our bank details. Once the amount due has been transferred to our bank account, we shall dispatch the goods ordered.

6. VISA / MASTERCARD via Phone or Fax

Information and advice

The information we provide on the suitability and various uses of the products on offer is in good faith. It is based merely on our experience, however, and therefore no responsibility is taken for its correctness. In particular, it is for the consumer to determine the suitability of the goods ordered for his particular intended use.

Guarantee

The guarantee is covered by your statutory rights. Should any ordered item be defect, we shall either send a replacement or repair the goods, according to your wishes. If the replacement is also defect or the repair unsuccessful, you can return the goods receiving the full refund, or keep the goods and pay a reduced price.

Jurisdiction

For contracts made with merchants, public legal entities or special funds under public law, sole jurisdiction and venue over all legal disputes, including civil law suits, arising between the business partners is the vendor’s place of business.
