Tuning Fork S 172.86 Hz Chiron

Chiron is an Asteroid between Saturn and Uranus. Its orbital period is about 50.39 years.

ANNOTATION:
Until May 2014 we offered Chiron tuning forks 171.80 Hz  which was based on a orbital period of 50.7 year as it was given in the NASA Chiron Fact Sheet whereas lately another source of NASA, the JPL Small-Body Database Browser, specify a period of 50.39 years. After contacting the author of the Chiron Fact Sheet he updated the specification of the orbital period to 50.39 years as well. The author explains in an Email  "I have not updated that fact sheet for some time, I would guess that with more information they have improved the orbit determination and the 50.39 year number is more accurate.  I'll have to go through the fact sheet and update it."  (which has actually been done).
