Gently flowing rhythms, Tibetan singing bowls & gongs, Indian bamboo flute (bansuri), stringed instruments (tambura & dilruba), as well as European instruments (angelic harp & cello) unfold in harmonious harmony a soulful, uplifting Ayurveda music that inspires to open the heart chakra in harmony and unconditional love. All instruments are tuned to the OM tone, the sacred tone of Indian mythology. 

The OM tone C# (136.10 Hz) vibrates in blue-green and is assigned to the heart chakra.
The corresponding A in this scale corresponds to the 432-Hz- tuning.

CD 2 Balance
Gently flowing tabla rhythms, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs & tingshas promote the balance of female & male elements. All instruments are tuned to the OM tone as well as the tone of the moon and the sun. The full moon tone embodies the female energy (Shakti), the sun tone the male pole (Shiva). In the union of both original sounds (Shiva Shakti sound) in the heart chakra and the entire energy field the female & male duality merge in perfect harmony & balance.

The octave tone of the synodic moon orbit (from full moon to full moon respectively from new moon to new moon) is a G# with 210.42 Hz and is assigned to the 2nd chakra. The corresponding octave color is orange.
The sun tone H (126.22 Hz) oscillates in the color yellow-green and is assigned to the 3rd chakra.
