Singing Bowl Meditation
PurePlanet Sound
"DIE ERDE 136.10 Hz" (The Earth 136.10 Hz) is the first CD of Barbara Ostertag's planned series "PurePlanet Sound", on which only compositions for singing bowls are recorded, each individual CD with a certain planet tone.
For "DIE ERDE" only singing bowls were played, which are all tuned to the octave tone of the earth' year 136.10 Hz. Depending on the playing style, size and weight, the singing bowls unfold a rich spectrum of overtones and an individual sound.
Barbara Ostertag grew up with classical music and yoga and has been a yoga teacher for many years. She mainly teaches classes with sound-yoga. This can be clearly heard on this CD: The "PurePlanet Sounds" are the result of a completely new dimension of composed singing bowl recordings.
