Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Europäischen Union (EU), Andorra, Großbritanien (UK), Monaco, San Marino, Vatikan Stadt, Schweiz, Liechtenstein, Bosnien-Herzegowina, Färöer, Georgien, Grönland, Island, Israel, Japan, Kanada, Litauen, Marokko, Montenegro, Norwegen, Serbien, Türkei, USA, Australien, Brasilien, Neuseeland, Südafrika.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT) Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We do not charge any shipping costs.
Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

Zone A
Europäischen Union (EU), sowie Andorra, Großbritanien (UK), Monaco, San Marino, Vatikan Stadt: bis 1 kg = 12,- €
ab 1 kg = Grundpreis 15,- € plus 1,- € pro kg

Zone B
Schweiz und Liechtenstein
bis 1 kg = 14,- €
ab 1 kg = Grundpreis 25,- € plus 1,- € pro kg

Zone C
Bosnien-Herzegowina, Färöer, Georgien, Grönland, Island, Israel, Japan, Kanada, Litauen, Marokko, Montenegro, Norwegen, Serbien, Türkei, USA,
bis 1 kg = 18,- €
ab 1 kg = Grundpreis 28,- € plus 3,- € pro kg

Zone D
Australien, Brasilien, Neuseeland, Südafrika bis 1 kg = 24,- €
ab 1 kg = Grundpreis 44,- € plus 9,- € pro kg

Bei Überschreitung des Warenkorb-Gesamtgewichtes von 30 kg steht im Planetware-eShop keine Versandmethode zur Verfügung. Nehmen Sie in diesem Fall bitte mit uns persönlich Kontakt auf.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 16 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Payment by invoice is possible under the following condition:
