Payment and delivery

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Japan, USA (United States of America), Australia, New Zealand.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

No shipping costs for deliveries within Germany.

Delivery abroad:

Zone A: EU, UK = €15,00 — Austria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK (Great Britain)..

Zone B: USA, JP = €35.00 — Canada, Japan and USA (United States of America)

Zone C: AUS, NZL = €45.00 — Australia and New Zealand

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 16 working days after conclusion of the contract (after receipt of payment if advance payment has been agreed).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If, in exceptional cases, there is a longer delivery period, this is indicated in the item description.
