The tunings of track 1 - 5 are based on the tone of the earth-year C# 136.10. The frequency is the basic tone in the classical Indian music and of the holy AUM as well. In a therapeutic session it is best for chilling the fast moving hectiness of everyday life.

Intuition und Annehmen (Intuition and accepting; about 6 minutes)

The tuning is A 221.23 Hz - an higher octave of the venus orbit around the sun. The frequency supports intuition and helps to accept therapeutic experiences.

Belebung (Stimulation, about 4 minutes)

Near the end of a session the last track supports a vitalized comeback to everday life. This effect is achieved by the basic frequency 194.18 Hz which is a higher octave of the frequency of the rotation of earth. The Root-Chakra is resonating in harmony with this frequency.
